And the polycount seems fine. It COULD be reduced, but instead of changing the count of the model up close, you could work on making LODs.
I need to recompile the model, because I deleted it sometime ago. So this kind of a revival project of sorts. Anyway I still may need to adjust the Fluttershy plushie, because in-game it looks good however the shadows that are cast on it look blocky. I am assuming this is due to it's shape.

The plushie also doesn't sit on the Quick Fix quite right, because the handle on top of it it in the way:
Thankfully the medic doesn't use it in any of his animations so it is just for show. I am thinking about deleting that little handle so the plushie doesn't have to clip through it.
