*technically* I'm getting paid to go to college as well. I have financial aid which is giving me ~2500USD a semester and I am only using 1700 of it. Whatever I don't use is given to me as cash. Hardly enough to replace a job, but it's nice.

Some people in my field of work (Graphic Design and Illustration for TV and games) earn 50-70 Euro per hour... well, at least the ones that are already well established in the scene. The rate gets smaller when the jobs take longer and usually one would set for a total instead of writing down hours.

TIL: Swedish Kr is not too far from British Pounds in terms of value.... I was expecting 236 Million Kr to be something like £2m or something. How wrong I was.

Yes they are. British pounds are about 10 times more valuable than swedish crowns(kr).
