Now according to everyday-people on the internet: If you're 12 years old and are both hacking and whining, then Call of Duty is the game for you...
That's just what I've heard, but in all seriousness I've been stuck with COD Modern Warfare 1 and 2 for a couple of years, and I still like them.
MW1 doesn't really have that much players anymore, and that sucks.
MW2 though, still has lots of players playing, and since I got my new computer, I find it very enjoyable.
It isn't only pros who are able to get kills (That's how it felt when I tried Medal of Honor)
So inb4 fuck Call of Duty.
Few requirements:
Must be multiplayer.
Must have players playing it (Otherwise, what's the point playing it)
Must be PC
Must not be one of the following, because I own the already:
- Call of Duty MW 1 or 2.
- Planetside 2
- Medal of Honor
- Half Life
- Left 4 Dead 2
- Team Fortress 2
Though tell me if those games are worth keep playing

Price is unimportant unless it's like 100 bucks.
Trying is the first step to success.

Payday 2 was just released a few days ago. Unfortunately I can't tell you much about it, because I don't own it (yet). A friend of mine really likes it and described it as "challenging, motivating, fun", and I must say ,judging from the screenshots I saw, it really looks pretty cool.
Maybe this game is an option for you?

Maybe. I've been considering it too.
The concept of having to rob a bank is great, and a new kind of FPS.
I just got a little disappointed by a video is saw of Payday 1, because it made it look like you must have 3 other friends playing with you...
Is it so? Because I'm guessing that's why you're able to buy a 4-pack.
Is it playable without friends?

Just asked my friend. You are able to play it alone, but you need a team which will be filled with stupid bots. So I think the game really evolves only when you play it with your friends or online.

I've seen it but didn't get really impressed I've seen other people who liked it, I don't know... Sorry, but thanks.

Been considering that too. Would like to hear from one who's been playing it what it's like. If you go tired with it and so... One downside is that it's not on steam. Not a big problem though.

Been looking at it. It looks a lot like Planetside 2, though I guess it's fewer players and not p2w I would like to pay for something though. Making it free doesn't seem like the best quality factor.
Looks a lot like Halo (to me)
Any upsides and downsides?
