i can run Dark descent on high
Make sure your nvidia drivers are fully updated first. Then, you should be fine at Medium.

RE: Questions about Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs Requirements
I was pretty confident that I could run this game on high with no problems but I'd like to be sure anyway.
Intel i5-2320 3.0GHz quad core processor
Nvidia GTX560 with 1 gig VRAM
6GB of RAM
Windows 7 64-bit Home Premium
I'm also planning to play it on 1920x1080 as that's my monitor's native resolution.
Do you think I'll perform well on high? Any FPS estimates? Could certainly run ATDD on a nearly constant 60fps on high. Sometimes it randomly dropped to like 30 for no apparent reason and possibly returned to 60 after performing a certain action such as reading and exiting a note.

Yes, my guess would be highest settings at 50+fps. The graphics can't have improved that much since Amnesia. It's almost the same engine afterall. My GTX 460 could run the first game at solid 60fps at 1920x1200.
Obviously the rest of the system is more than fine for the pigs.

RE: Questions about Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs Requirements
My PC is quite old (like five+ years) and I'm not too good at this stuff so I'd appreciate if someone could judge if I can run this game. I can play Amnesia: TDD just fine on pretty high settings, IIRC.
Windows 7
GeForce 9500 GS
Processor Intel Core Duo CPU E7300 @ 2.66Hz (2 CPUs) ~2.7GHz
Ram 4096 Mb
Direct X 11
I hope that information is enough. Thank you in advance.

RE: Questions about Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs Requirements
I have NO idea how to check any of my requirments, but i will be brief on what i DO know that i have. my syystem specs are as follows:
OS: Windows 7 (64-bit)
processor: AMD Sempron M120 with 2.10 GHz
memory: 3.00 GB,but 2.75 GB usable.
will my computer be able to play AAMFP smoothly? i am capable of playing Fallout new vegas, League of Legends, Dont starve, DC universe online, as well as capable of playing Arche Blade off of steam pretty smoothly, however Forge and Dota 2 i couldn't play very well or smoothly. knowing all this, will AAMFP be playable and will it be at last slightly smooth on my CPU?

Your graphics card supports OpenGL 3.3 but it's older/weak so you should be able to play the game at low settings only. Everything else is fine.

Technically, you should be able to run it at high settings. The low ram might be holding you back though. Also you have Windows XP which are not officially supported by AAMFP. The game should work like Amnesia did but no guaranty/ support can be given for that operating system.

What graphics card do you have?
EDIT: Actually I just saw that this is a single core very low-end cpu. Most probably it won't be able to even run the game.

Let me ask you something. if i get the demo of Amnesia dark decent, if it runs smoothly, will this game run smoothly?
