In the ending that Philip joins Red in the incinarator Philip is still breathing lying on the ground could he be alive?

I highly doubt it, but if he would still be alive he would've had serious burns and as a result would have died anyway.

Also, I'd suggest changing the title due to spoilers.

You did not see the ending the incinerator was in his mind a repusentation of his fight with the infection he was winning the incinerator was the winnign choice the only escape but I wonder if he is alive
