While 100 victims is a lot, this guy showed remorse and was even shamed into leaving.
Compare that to India, where the rapists show absolutely no shame, can kill their victims afterwards, and where the examiner at one point found grass and stones inside the victim's vagina. I'm personally not calling the last detail "rape", as I think that rape involves some kind of sexual intention.
...so I think the guy that you list is pretty mild.
