Game crashes before loading menu

Hey guys, I'm having a problem where I run the game in steam and it crashes shortly after fullscreening. I don't even make it to the main menu. So far I have verified steam cache and tried running the nosteam exe. According to the hpl.log, it's somehow not loading shaders... I also seem to not be able to load the editors because of this either, which is understandable.

Am I presume you're up to date with all dem drivers?

Troubleshooting guide says version needs to be 3.3.0 or higher, mine's 4.1.0. I'll try running one anyways, brb
