When you find Amy Azzaro in the shuttle station, she name drops 'Masters or Holland'. I'm guessing Masters and Holland are both medical doctors on Pathos-II.
So she basically became the weird screaming woman cyborg that guards the power cell at the upper Omicron level.
Not necessarily... It seems that the girl was the WAU's first attempt to preserve life. The fact that the WAU intentionally injured her pretty much makes it malevolent at this point.
I thought this girl had more scenes, as I recall seeing behind the scenes pictures of her talking to Golaski. I hope not too much of this has been cut.

What? WAU didn't have the intention to injure anyone at that point. To me this looks like an unfortunate accident.
Don't get me wrong this is clearly after the comet hit earth and WAU starts it's projects to protect humanity but it's not malevolent towards the survivors. Only the failed projects are looking to harm others.
With how that scene played out my guess would be that WAU has started increasing the structure gel pressure in all the walls to build towards .. something. And Jessica applied too much pressure on that wall which lead to a breach.
At least that's my theory right now. I could be proven wrong but seeing that WAU tries to fix her in the last scene makes more sense that way.

She could be a candidate. Though how she got from Lambda to Omicron is anyone's guess.
Does anyone has any info at hand where Jessica was stationed?
Also, notice how the admin guy said that Reed may needto go to Upsilon. I think think we are close to SOMA events.
Just based on comments by Golaski and Reed and the lambda logo plastered everywhere, it's somewhere in Lambda before the place fell apart. And yeah, definitely curious about Reed's endgame and her decisions that she'll make. That and what happens to Golaski. There's no info on him aside from comments in terminals and a note that Harry Halperin leaves him, so it should be interesting.

Just because someone is at Lambda does not mean they are stationed there, tho. Crew often travel from site to site, we know that was the case with Delta<->Omicron for example.

According to this casting call, Jessica Davis was stationed at Omicron, but I seem to remember seeing her name listed under "Theta staff" in one of the terminals in the game? I'm not sure...
