Game not starting any more

Hello,
I purchased game last night. First wanted to play a bit in surround but fps was unplayable.
This morning I turned of surround, went back to single screen and wanted to start game but it just starts black screens and goes back to desktop and games is nowhere to be found in process or anything. It just crashes back to desktop.
I tried deleting and installing game again but no luck.
Any ideas how to get it to run again please?

deleting user_settings.cfg worked. had problem finding it at first was deleting worng one. all good now.

actually I already marked as solved not sure why it didn't update.
edit: tried again and again getting same message as last time:
