LOW FPS?

I get really terrible performance from this game and gettin on average about 20 FPS.
Just wondering what kinda performance other ppl are getting.
I ahve the latest patch and drivers.
My system is :
Core i7 950
4GB corsair DDR 3 1600mhz RAM
HD 5970

Suerly my system can handle this game, i mean the GFX aint even all that?

Most likely culprits are old drivers or windows Aero on.
