RE: Cannot move
Go to Software Update in your Apple menu and install the 10.6.4 update and the Snow Leopard Graphics Update, along with anything else you find in there. Keep going to Software Update until you have everything.

I am using US keyboard layout. OS language is russian.
Game was downloaded from STEAM.
BTW, i have the same behavior in demo version.
UPDATE : I tried to change action buttons in keyboard config, but every "letter" button is recognized as "None".
It is ok with digits and buttons like Space.

RE: Cannot move
Really strange.. I tried changing my OS language and input methods to Russian on my machine and can't recreate..
Do you have any application installed that might interfere with keyboard input?
Have you tried creating a new user and running the game as that user?

RE: Cannot move
I have the same problem, but it was resolved by changing system language from russian to english. When I change a language to russian, the problem appears again.

NobodyN,
Did you have to log out and back in to see the change? or did it happen on next launch?
And this is the "Languages & Text" System preference section and the "Language" tab. with Russian as the first preferred language?

RE: Cannot move
Now that is the STRANGEST thing I have ever seen.. After I log out and back in then it breaks. It looks like it is a side-effect of an EVIL EVIL EVIL EVIL kludge in SDL. I think I've found a workaround but it's not very pretty.

RE: Cannot move
OK.. I made it prettier.. At least if you use the USA keyboard input method.
