Amnesia/ a new kind of problem?

Ive been reading some of the threads trying to find a "fix" to this problem.
but it dosent seem that common.

I bought and installed Amnesia on steam, but it wouldn't start.
So i Deleted the game (i was going to delete it and than install it again) so then i try to install it again, and i get an error message/ 'Steam- error' "this game is currently unavailable, please try again at another time."

so if anyone can explain how to fix this problem, that would be awesome :S

Check the steam forum for help, I think this is a not that uncommon problem and usually it is solved by deleting some file from the steam folder, can't recall the name.
