Map not running script?

There's to strange things happening that haven't happened before. The first being when I save my map in the folder, it doesn't appear visible when I go and look for it. It does appear visible if I use the editor though, it also still runs despite not being able to see it. second problem im having is my script isn't running, I've tried renaming, saving under different names and double checked the .map and .hps are named the same.
Any idea how to fix my problems??

Are you really sure you're looking the exact same folder?

Ya, im looking in the same folder, but nothings there. And it still runs the map.

Make sure the complete path is the same.
