I think Alexander made the 'servants'. In the Archives level, there's a note about how Wilhelm lures the kings men and they are killing his servants, and how feeding Wilhelm the wine would solve both his problems. I think those problems are Wilhelm luring the soldiers, and a lack of monsters because they are being killed. So I think the wine causes Wilhelm and his men to turn into monsters, solving both of Alexanders problems.

When did Alexander exactly say these words? I don't remember them.

It's just one of the memories (random words that you can hear while playing the game), he never said that directly.

Oh, I see. I'll search through monologues, though. Haaa, I got it. You were wrong guys, I'm sorry, but there are no words like:"I can see what they see" said by Alexander. These words are Daniel's, and they are:" He sees what i see." I found it in CH03_DanielRamble_03.ogg.

heres my honest opinion, monster are in the begining but to keep tension for the first part of the game you only here them a few times, there never mention because well its better to keep a mystery and sometimes knowing ruins the coolness of it, while in amnesia its true that alexander controls them its never explain why there like that ingame. they serve one purpose, to scare us because we scared of them.
but dont worry frictional has mentioned what they are in a blog post.

"Our basic story designs only referred to the enemies as “the servants” and did not talk much about their appearance or where they came from, so I had a lot of freedom to make a fitting background story to the guidelines. The finalized idea was that these “servants” were actually beings from beyond that had been summoned into bodies of humans. Once inside humans, they did their best to deform the host into a body that they are used to control, shattering bones, tearing flesh and producing cancer-like growths. This in turned resulted in a scene where the player witness how some humans under great pain are taken over, showing how designing graphics can shape the story, as well as the reverse."

I will search further, then. Don't worry - if Alexander said those words - they will be in the "voice" section.

Sorry, NGV, but I haven't found any words of Alexander's similar to these you say you heard. Perhaps you should search a little, maybe you can find something. As for me, I don't recall Alexander saying these words.

As I said: Quote:It's just one of the memories (random words that you can hear while playing the game), he never said that directly.
Can be heard in Cistern, while solving the puzzle or later, near to Agrippa's room.
