Loading Problems

After installation, I receive the same message many here do when they try to load: "Your graphics card does not support vertex shaders".

My system info:

Toshiba Laptop
Satellite A205-S4607
Processor: Intel® Core™2 CPU T5300 @ 1.73GHz
RAM: 2038 MB
32-bit OS
Video Card: Mobile Intel® 954 GM Express Chipset Family
Windows Vista Home Premium

I've checked with my video card maker, they say this card does support vertex shader.
All drivers are up to date.
I even downloaded TAGES, thinking it might be a copywrite problem.
Nope

Please advise.

As for as I know Intel cards do not work. Might also be a graphics card driver issue.
