recovering demo game

Is there any way I can continue the demo game with my paid version of the game? I thought the program would do it by default but not, the demo game is not listed in the paid games list. I don't want to restart from scratch!

The demo levels are not exactly the same as in the full game so no it is not possible I'm afraid, as you'll notice there are lots of levels missing in the demo as well.
