As far as I can imagine my email address must be wrong but other than a typo it really shouldn't be, I type it often enough. But now I'm stuck without the games, not even able to download them and there's no specific help desk here. What do I do? I've seen other similar situations and someone from the team looks at them. How do I get in touch?
