Game Freezes while pressing ALT

So i was playing amnesia today when suddenly i needed to press alt to use a key to open a door.
Bad thing happened. Pressing ALT made the game freeze and i couldnt do anything . I checked the troubleshooting page but nothing helped . Here is the hpl log:
