World reflect and water textures...

-Windows 7
-6950 Radeon Graphics Card

I think this problem started with my 6850 Radeon, I can't remember. In the game, the planes with a water texture doesn't flow correctly (Applies to all the water textures). Neither does World Reflection work anymore.

I've bought Amensia on Steam, so I've tried uninstalling and deleting any other files that Steam was unable to remove and made sure it was out of my Control Panel. Reinstalled it, still the same problem...
