!!REALLY REALLY NEED HELP!!

Ok, so I bought the PC DVD for Amnesia last Wednesday and I finally got it today. I installed it and everything seemed to go fine up until the point where you have to create/select a profile. When I get here, it is unbelievably slow. It won't even let me exit which means every time I get stuck here I have to restart my computer. I do some researching and look at the system requirements, everything is just fine. I have everything I need. I even went so far as to update my computer system, the video card, and even the game! For the game I downloaded that Justine (I think that's what it's called) update. It did nothing. It does fine all the up until the point I have to select a profile to play. I'm so pissed off! I just get this game and I can't even play it! On top of that I can't even call any kind of support (not on the Amnesia website or the Valuesoft site). I have to resort to these stupid threads that most of the time people just repeat what others have said. FYI I already checked the threads and what to do about lagging or crashing and everything they have told me to do have done nothing! Please, all I want is to play my stupid game! Or at least talk to an actual living breathing f**king person! Thanks. (I HAVE A WINDOWS VISTA)
