Solved: 8 Years, 8 Months, 4 Weeks ago Unknown Crashing 'SoundEntity' error?

I looked everywhere for this, and I'm very sorry if this was already covered! My desktop card is enough to run the game but it crashes randomly. I run Windows Vista, 32bit, and my card is NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430, and it says it is up to date when I run the updater.
