Solved: 8 Years, 8 Months, 4 Weeks ago I can hear the Amnesia editor "singing" to me.

I'm not hoping to fix this issue, because I don't think it's fixable (as I won't bother to resolve IRQ conflicts or buy better hardware components). I'm just looking to know if this general phenomena is commonly called something, and if it has a general explanation, because this issue resembles an issue that's been around since the yellow blocks in Super Mario World on the SNES: You could hear them being displayed, through a high-pitched whine coming from the TV. In the same way, I can hear a low-volume high-pitched whine coming from my (rather crappy) headphones, every time even a tiny part of the Amnesia editor is displayed on screen.
Why do you think that is?

Edit:
Never mind: It's not coming from my headphones, but from my monitor, so now I understand the issue better.
