Can't install Penumbra from GamersGate

Eh...i'm never buying another game from Frictional Games again. "Well, it wasn't there fault!" Thats who i'm blaming, I want revenge for my 20 dollars. For a second there when I was clicking install I saw the setup.exe INSIDE my game folder and I freaked out and tried to copy it but it was deleted.
