Graphics Problems with Penumbra Black Plague?

ok i got amnesia: the dark descent, penumbra overture, and penumbra black plague. But in black plague the graphics are messed up. I have an AMD M880G with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250 card, and monitor size is 1366x7688. i run amnesia and overture fine but black plague i don't know what settings to pick because when i pick very low settings in rendering it looks like there is no such thing is darkness in the game. and when i pick anything else the texture in it move and stuff when i do.

If someone could help me pick which settings to make this experience enjoyable?
