This happened to me before, I dont remember howto fix it though xD, I think it had to to something witch the lang file.

EDIT:

I think i remember, put a [br] between <Entry Name="Diary_diary_adam_1_Text"> and[voice adam_1_page1.ogg][br] like this:


<Entry Name="Diary_diary_adam_1_Text">[br][voice adam_1_page1.ogg][br]
