Solved: 8 Years, 8 Months, 3 Weeks ago Black Screen white dot fix

Hi, I just downloaded Amnesia and I've got the black screen, white dot problem that effects so many people. I have an Intel® HD Graphics card. I've read other threads and I've tried the "have disk" method like a thousand times and it hasn't worked, it says that "The driver selected for this device does not support this version of windows". I have a Dell Laptop, with Windows 7 64-bit. My hpl log is attached to this, if someone could please help me that would be awesome.
