Solved: 9 Years, 1 Month, 3 Weeks ago Getting a new graphics card - Are ATI uncompatible?

Hey guys, I'm upgrading my graphics card up from my card I have loyally used for 4 years now, my ATI Radeon HD4670, this card has seen me through any game I've wanted to play even the newest ones I have been able to tackle with no problem! however Amnesia no longer seems to work reliably on this, it is guaranteed to crash within a single sitting, so I am looking to upgrade.


Obviously I don't want to upgrade to an ATI Graphics card if it means my game is still unstable, so is there a support issue with amnesia and ATI or is it just my graphics card?

I would really appreciate some enlightenment on this topic Smile Thanks guys!


Ps. If it is a compatibility issue with ATI cards, then why haven't frictional games tackled it, I have seen a lot of threads, most of them are ATI cards that shouldn't have any issues.
