Solved: 8 Years, 9 Months, 4 Weeks ago Amnesia problem

Hello, Can someone please help me with Amnesia: The dark descent problem.
It is BLACK BOX problem, boring problem. When I start Amnesia Launcher, everything is right, but after I click on Launch game, black screen, and Black box are on screen. Problem is: Amnesia.exe caused an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module Amnesia.exe at 001B:000000. I used windows xp service pack 2 and it worked, but now I am using Windows 7 Ultimate. Is that problem Angry ??? Please Can someone Help me, I want Amnesiaaaa Heart !!!!
And yes I update my drive five times, so it's now problem with that!!!!!! Please!! Thank you!!
