I'm not sure how your mod folder is set up, but shouldn't the resources be something like SnowyDeath/resources.cfg or like
SnowyDeath/config/resources.cfg instead of just resources.cfg? It's hard to say without seeing how it's set up.
(This isn't the only thing that needs to be changed btw)
