Solved: 8 Years, 7 Months, 3 Weeks ago Black Screen

Okay, so here's the deal. I downloaded Amnesia from Steam. I go to play it and it's only a black screen with a white dot. I followed the have disk method, but there is no igdlh64 file in the Graphics folder. I have windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit and Intel Graphics Media Accelerator HD. Yes, I downloaded the correct driver from the website. The folder only contained a kit51428 file and this kit file doesn't work.
