Solved: 8 Years, 9 Months, 4 Weeks ago when I start to play I see everything black. help!

hello I bought on steam amnesia the dark descent, when I created the name and launched the game the screen goes black competamente, I can walk and feel the water but the game is always black. I do not know how to help please!!! Sad
