ATI Texture Patch For Black Plague Steam Version

Hi,
I'm still getting BP graphic problems after the update and i'ts worse than before. I'm using HIS Radeon HD3870 IceQ Turbo... tryed many configurations and graphic modes, but the problem continues.
Attached some pics, hope they help... Shader base problems?
