ATI HD Problem: Beta hotfix available - UPDATED 11/6

I just gave this a shot, and everything was fine (aside from this wall/area missing: http://img410.imageshack.us/img410/6328/...ture20.jpg), until I blew the hole in the wall with the TNT and passed through it... then everything went crazy again.

...And yes, I followed all the instructions correctly.
My GPU is an ATi Radeon HD3870.
