Regarding ATI Radeon HD problem - Questions for people with Problem

• Graphics card: Sapphire HD 2600 XT, 512 MB GDDR3, DirectX 10, PCI Express, 2x DVI, TV out.
  
• Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista Business 64-bit, Service Pack 2.
  
• Driver version: Catalyst Control Center 9.5
  
• What errors you have encountered: Missing objects, partly-visible objects, invisible walls.
  

Edit: Turning off Catalyst AI doesn't fix the problem for me.
