Amnesia TDD Graphics/Texture/FPS Issues! Plox Help!

1) Try a clean driver reinstallation as mentioned HERE , Question 3.
2) After the clean reinstallation, go to Documents and delete the Amnesia folder.
3) Do a file integrity check via steam and try the game again.

The X1200 should, in theory, barely be supported but again AMD tends to break backwards compatibility from time to time as newer drivers are released.

I uninstalled them and reinstalled via Device manager, and now it says I have Ati Radeon Xpress 1250, so it's gone up a level?
I'm not sure.

Although, unfortunately it didn't work after doing what you said.
