"FATAL ERROR" when trying to launch MY custom story

I no longer get a "FATAL ERROR" message, but instead, an "Amnesia.exe has stopped working". The body of the message says "Something has caused Amnesia.exe to stop working. Windows will notify you if a solution is found". I have gone through to tutorials and done everything. Can someone help me?

Anyway, give us your HPL.log in C:\Users\<YOURUSERNAME>\My Documents\Amnesia\Main\.
