Power cable problem

I have also problem with power cables. Before I get key for that machine, I connected power cables, when i come back with key, the table says that there is no power, even with cables is still in touch. I check'd walkthrough and it meant to work like that.

I also included save-file for that. How I can solve problem, because I don't want to replay all over the game?

E: Problem solved now. I loaded game before that i plugged those cables and then do it in right order and it works.
