Now: In Object mode, select your model (or all your objects, in case you have many) and go to Object<Apply and apply the scale, rotation, and location. You might want to transform the origin to the 3D cursor too.
If only those export options are appearing, then I assume you are using Blender 2.63 or 2.64. Don't change any of these.
If that didn't work, you can send me the model and I'll fix it for you. I already told him to do that, so I suppose he has already done that
