Solved: 10 Years, 9 Months, 4 Weeks ago Can't Load Main Menu

Hello,
I've got some issues with the game. Essentially, it takes 5-10 minutes for the main menu/new profile window to load, and when it finally appears, it completely freezes. PS: Fraps shows 0FPS on the 'New Profile' window.

I've tried reinstalling the game, restarting the computer, checking video drivers, lowering video settings to the absolute minimum. Nothing works.

Don't hesitate to ask for any other needed details.

EDIT: I'll come back with some system information.
