All hpl.logs show that the game is running on the integrated graphics from intel, which is not supported and the reason why it crashes. You have to make the game run on the dedicated graphics, which can be done by forcing it to do so in the control panel for the graphics card, updating drivers for both dedicated and integrated graphics and to make sure computer is plugged in and running in performance mode.
