Script issues (small spolier)

This is somewhat minor but maybe a big deal to others, anyway:

There seems to be an issue with the door scare up in the attic( where the door is supposed to slam shut when you enter the baby room), it worked the first time I played it, but doesn't activate on other playthroughs. I've also seen the pig mask spawn on the statue in the mansion in some videos and not spawn there in others.

Will there be a fix for this, or am I doing something out of order?
