Stuttering, Small freezes and framerate Issues

I played Outlast because this game is not running good on my system (and it runs perfectly).

So today we think we managed to find the cause for the slowdown. Why it seems to only occur for some type of Radeon HD 5000 is not certain yet. Anyway here is a new test! [...]

I did a clean install and tried out the Stutter6 fix. It does appear to help, but only minimally, it still stutters even on low. I also tried it out by turning off all the graphics options and running the game at 640x480 - and I am still getting stutter.

I could live with this stutter now, but it is still very annoying.

Jens, is it possible to remove the intro for those stutter fixes?
