Solved: 8 Years, 9 Months, 4 Weeks ago Even after troubleshooting guide can't get Amnesia to work

I picked up ATDD awhile back and tonight I finally got around to playing it to no avail. When I load it up it anyways has a windows error Amnesia.exe has stopped..I have uninstalled and reinstalled verified game cache to no avail. Any help would be appreciated
