Here's an article putting all gpu's to list, money to performance ratio, you should find something there to your liking.

But personally if i had to choose between those two, i would take GTX760 and overclock it , but i don't recommend that option if you don't have the qualification on it nor you don't want to take a risk to break it.

Would you still go for the 760 without overclocking? How much performance percentage would overclocking add to the graphics?

This will show how much difference is overall between these two cards, you can overclock the card about 5 - 15% faster or more if you can find proper solution for cooling.

Oh darn it, i just realized that GTX760 is superior to my old card HD7850, it ran Skyrim at max, and BF3 ULTRA at descent frames, i would go with that, it is not definitely a bad choise. If that's something you've been looking for.
