Black Plague crashes after intro cutscene

is first level of Overture... u are using wrong exe to run BP. You must been copying exe files or done something similar. Did you perhaps install a patch?

I installed a patch for Overture, as I had the problem in that game where it crashed at the end door before the final scene. I haven't used any patches for BP ... could the patches for Overture I installed affect BP as well?
