90% of the world's wealth would belong to me, and then from there I could do anything I wanted.

Don't think so, a great deal of the companies you would have to contact to do anything would go belly up. Also, 0.1% would be enough to do anything.

Enough wealth for a modest living, like 25 000 SEK a month. Not being tied down by work is a dream of mine.
