Notsure where to post this... Quicksave key config

So, I've activated the quicksave function for Amnesia.
The standart key is on f4.
It doesn't work for me, because the screen configuration from Windows is on this key.
How can I rebind the key to something differet (alt)?
And also,where is the quickload button?
