I'd say Development Support is ok, since it's asking for advice (or opinion) on something.

The rhythm is good.
Leave out the music. You don't need it. Think about how Frictional Games did it.
If they had tones, they mostly used sliding tones to create an unnerving atmosphere. And with the terror sound you almost wouldn't focus on it anyway.

The drums are the most important! Keep those! You can throw in some ambient fading sounds too.
