Don't save this kind of logs in Microsoft Word, use notepad. It's easier to navigate, and some people might now have Word installed.

I came up with an idea that this might be actually an issue with 1.3 patch. Has the game worked before you installed the patch?

And also, we are assuming that you have a legit retail version of the game, otherwise we can't help.

What I would do:

- Reinstall the game, and instead of 1.3 I would update the freshly installed, clean game to 1.2 from here
- Update your graphics card drivers,
