Solved: 9 Years, 4 Months, 3 Weeks ago Sad  HEELP! I can't start amnesia

So, I recently installed Amnesia: The Dark Descent but everytime I want to open it, a window of Blackbox appears with this message: Amnesia.exe caused an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module UNKNOWN at 001B:000000000

I do not know what to do, I reinstalled the game but it appears again. Somebody pleease help me Sad[/u]
